Trinity Logistics was founded in 1983 in Thomasville, North Carolina as a licensed freight broker by Lane Parker, who began his career in freight sales for national carriers. 

One year later, Mr. Parker founded Trinity Transport, an asset-based trucking company. 

In 1996 Mr. Parker founded a 3rd company, LPT Trailers, which now has grown to over 2,500 storage trailers and road trailers, which are leased to customers in the manufacturing, distribution, and trucking industries throughout the Southeast.

In 2007, Trinity moved from it's small facility in Thomasville, North Carolina to a sprawling new terminal in Lexington, North Carolina that covers nearly 50 acres. Our Lexington terminal has more than 20,000 square feet of offices, a 45,000 square foot warehouse, and a state-of-the-art service and repair facility. 

Today, Trinity has grown to a fleet of nearly 20 tractors and over 250 trailers that service the entire continental United States, with dedicated service East of the Mississippi. In addition to our asset-based trucking and freight brokerage Trinity now has multiple 3PL customers in which we handle their warehousing, logistics management, yard management (switcher trucks and drivers), etc.

All of Trinity's trucks and trailers are late-model and are maintained to the highest standards. This improves our cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and our ability to get your freight to its destination on-time. Our goal is to offer you the best rates and service possible. ​
